Its very basic but accurate and reliable. I took off one start because its annoying that I have to save the text as a document before I can listen to it.

I had previous versions of this app, although I didnt think it was perfect… I had really gotten used to it. Before I would have given it four stars, after upgrading to the recent version it gets only one. The text size in the readings no longer gets large enough for me to glance down and read while the app is reading to me. In addition they took a very important button away, this button allowed you to jump to the spot where the app is currently reading. I had really come to depend on this app and the new version is crushing my productivity… How do I roll back?

Hooray ! Latest version finally works perfect even it took like several months to fix, but finally it works, and now it is so much easier to use, with that next page option and multiple languages. Thanks guys!

Piece of crap. Keeps skipping pages and flashing 15%. Whatever that means. No response from developers also. Guess they got my money so theyre no where to be found.

Its not perfect but this app is still fantastic. I would pay twice the amount for it. Such a great price for all of the use I get out of it!

This app needs a lot of work to get up to par with its desktop counterpart. The voice and pitch transitions are off by quite a bit, about 10-15% of the actual audio is incoherent.

Bought the full version thinking I could sync my phone and iPad. But that was not at all possible. I was given a link to put natural reader on my laptop. Uploaded it and that too wont sync with my phone. The laptop version is the "free" version and for $49.50 I can upgrade and sync all of my devices. Im just a student who needs help studying and thought this would be helpful. But it cant be helpful at all if I cant sync to all of my devices.

it does read fine and have good pronunciation even in Spanish although, as a user you are not enable to chose where to start the paragraph or even input corrections while the app in reading. That should be something like a must, first to improve the quality of the reading an pronunciation not only for each individual but for anyone. It should be a sort of option which could be available for all those who want to correct words or give inputs about paragraphs etc so the computer voice is able to learn with the reader. It is a good try but need not of polishing there is another app that is a bit more expensive have worst pronunciation but has what I am mentioning here and it is definitely a plus this app should have.

Cannot download voices after upgrading to Pro!

A great product. Been wanting such a product for years. Beats copying and pasting a PDF a page at a time into iPod Notes and speaking that. It occasionally chokes on a page of a PDF and jumps ahead or crashes. Hoping for an upgrade soon that fixes this. Voice is remarkable natural.

Busy mom with constant menial tasks. This app enables me to utilize that unengaging brain time to learn. I can create pdfs of anything of interest and listen while I work. Currently working on real estate course and after listening to a unit a couple times, passing the course is easy. It is not as good as being in a classroom learning but I dont have that luxury. This is a fantastic way to study. Before this I was making quizlet cards and looping them using audio, which is also a wonderful product. However, this is better because I can pdf the entire unit and listen to it without having to break it down into smaller chunks. Only request would be a looping function. I have to stop what I am doing to restart the pdf. On long files, not so much a problem. If it is 2 pages of review notes for a test, you feel as if you are stopping and resetting too often. Thanks team! Great product!!

cant download voice... please fix...

The free version of this app worked perfectly. Then today I got a notice, which stopped my audio, that said "out of time." I really liked the app so I downloaded it for $9.99 -- but now the voices wont download. Please fix this problem.

I downloaded and paid $9,99 for the app but it crashes whenever I try to open it so I wrote to the support mail and they told me it works well for them and I should wait for the new version release. So they didnt give me a solution and expects me to wait for their will to release for something I cant use and I already paid. I was cheated!

I love this app been using the computer version for years. Great app I only will it could read the screen. Get that screen reader and I go to 5

Ive used their apps for years on iOS and my iMac, and each incarnation/update seems to trade out the old bugs for a brand new crop of them. This version reads "f" as "j" among other things, and the format doesnt even fit completely on the iPhone 6+ screen. You also cant increase the font enough to read along comfortably. I realize that all apps arent optimized for the 6+, but when you consider the abysmal customer service, the sloppy layout and the amount of bugs in their actual software, this feels less like a real business and more like a hobby. That being said, this is the best text to speech software Ive come across.

Not very responsive to your questions. Ive submitted five questions for the past two weeks and still no responses at all..

This used to work pretty well, but since the update, its much worse, like at least two other users said. Now it bugs me constantly to install another update, which doesnt exist yet, and it crashes. It just crashed because I received a call while listening, and I havent figured out how to recover it yet.
