Worst support ever

I downloaded and paid $9,99 for the app but it crashes whenever I try to open it so I wrote to the support mail and they told me it works well for them and I should wait for the new version release.
So they didnt give me a solution and expects me to wait for their will to release for something I cant use and I already paid. I was cheated!
